Winter pop up season begins with a festive bang! The holidays are a celebration of good eats, family gatherings and of course, first turns on newly blanketed ski slopes. Join us Wednesday through Sunday this holiday week as we showcase a savory menu that is sure to warm the heart and belly.
tsar nicoulai caviar, potato blini, creme fraiche, chive
miniature beef wellington, puff pastry, red wine-thyme mushroom duxelle, horseradish cream
crispy sausage and sage bread pudding croutons, chicken confit, cranberry compote
savory pumpkin tartlets, crispy pancetta, ricotta, 30yr balsamic, micro basil
brown butter poached mixed baby beets, meyer lemon gelee, labneh cheese, frisee and petite herb salad, harissa vinaigrette, mint, pomegranate, candied walnut
smoked duck sausage with satsuma orange glaze, warm kale salad with caramelized shallot, butternut squash puree, cranberry, sage oil
