Event Description:

Celebrate 30 years of grass-roots environmental advocacy work with Mountain Area Preservation on Saturday, August 12 5:00-10:00 PM at Jackass Ridge Ranch, Truckee, CA. The Sierra Forage Barn Party will feature a seasonal, farm to table dinner by EATS Cooking Company (vegetarian options), craft cocktails, local beer & wine, live music by Jenni Charles & Jesse Dunn of the Dead Winter Carpenters + Pete Charles.

There will also be a silent auction, a photo booth and anniversary toasts commemorating MAP’s conservation accomplishments since 1987. 

Tickets & Table Sales: Tickets are $100 per person. Table sales are also available to purchase for 10 guests at $1,500. Table sales include a champagne welcome, a photo booth session for your table and verbal recognition at the event of your organization, business, family and friends.

Event Attire: Please wear mountain casual attire and closed toed shoes. This is a rustic outdoor event; cowboy boots are encouraged.  

Transit & Parking: Parking on the event site will be limited to event producers, caterers and volunteers. All guests will be shuttled from Truckee High School to the event venue by bus. Prior to the event, all guests will receive an itinerary and shuttle schedule so you can plan your arrival and departure for the evening.
