The Truckee Bike Park is proud to present the fifth annual "Little Big" skills and thrills bike event May 27, 2017. This event helps fund the non-profit, volunteer-built park in Truckee, CA and is a blast for the whole family.
The day starts with a women's skills clinic where ladies ages 11 and up will join together to get to know the lay of the land and learn proper riding techniques to handle bike park fun. Following the ladies' skills morning there is a pumptrack jam just for little kids ages 10 and under.
After an awesome morning progressing skills, the park will open up for the afternoon activities. There is a jump competition for women and one for men where amateurs and pros can show off their style and skills. The competition is a casual jump jam format and prizes will be given for style and effort. When the jump jam is complete, fans can turn their attention to some fast-paced fun on the dual slalom track, continuing to Sunday.
With categories for men and women, riders will face off side by side to ride the zippy slalom course as fast as they can. It's sure to be another exciting weekend in Truckee, so don't miss out on the fun.
