Elder joins global network of elite real estate professionals worldwide to provide specialized services for exclusive clientele
Truckee, Calif., Apr. 11, 2017 – Engel & Völkers North America today announced that Alison Elder of Engel & Völkers Truckee has been officially inducted into the firm’s ultra-exclusive international Private Office network. Elder is one of a select group of the brand’s advisors worldwide to be awarded with this distinction. Out of more than 8,500 advisors who represent Engel & Völkers in 32 countries worldwide, Elder is among only 69 selected to carry the title Private Office Advisor.
In order to join Private Office, advisors within the Engel & Völkers network must be nominated by their brokers and are selected based on their consistent year-after-year production numbers, market expertise, notably high quality service and passion as real estate professionals. Clients are also asked to comment on their service experience as part of this process. Nominees are then submitted to a North American selection committee who determine which candidates meet all requirements for final submission to the head of Private Office in Hamburg, Germany.
