NORTH LAKE TAHOE | TRUCKEE, Calif./Nev. (Nov. 16, 2017) — As the Holiday season approaches, shoppers in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas can support local businesses, purchase unique gifts from local artisans and businesses and to be entered to win prizes while they shop.
Between Black Friday and Christmas Eve, participating shoppers can enter the “Show Your Love — Shop Local” contest by picking up a contest card at participating retailers in Tahoe City, West Shore, Kings Beach, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Incline Village and Truckee. Shoppers will receive one sticker for every $25 spent. Shoppers who collect at least 4 stickers at any participating business can turn their cards in to be entered to win. Shoppers with 12 stickers will be entered into a drawing for a North Lake Tahoe Vacation valued at over $2000 and shoppers with four stickers will be entered into a drawing for a $500 cash prize.

support your own community and strengthen its economic base. By supporting your community, you are also
reducing environmental impact, creating a more stable workforce, and keeping your community unique by supporting the quaint mountain business community that makes up the character of North Lake Tahoe & Truckee as a whole.
The contest begins on Nov. 24 and runs through Dec. 24. Contestants have until Jan. 4 to submit their cards for entry into the drawing. The winners will be chosen on Jan. 11.
