Event Description:

Art journaling is a creative and mind shifting exploration of your own inner landscape. During this workshop, students will be guided through a short meditation to clear and open the mind and set an intention for the class. Through the use of paint, pen, pencil, collage, fabric, and writing, students will create a dynamic and expressive journal practice. No experience needed.
