Let’s Talk Cheese!

Join Laura Conrow, owner and founder of Wedge on Wheels and a ACS Certified Cheese Professional for a special cheese centric  dinner event, learning all about the world of artisan cheeses. Known as the “cheese whisperer,” Laura loves nothing more than to bring the world of cheese to our community.

Amuse

First Course

port poached pear over mixed greens, candied pecan, buttermilk creamed fleur verte chevre, bleu d’auvergne “breadcrumb”

Entree

whey braised lamb over tomme de laguiole aligot potatoes, dijon reduction jus, braised red cabbage, cornichon, micro sorrel

Dessert

rum soaked apple cake topped with bruleed raclette, brie ice cream, persimmon jam, blackberry coulis
