Conducting Bullet-Proof Investigations – In many cases the investigation that was conducted of employee misconduct becomes the primary focus of the resulting lawsuit.  This seminar presents a practical roadmap for how to conduct an investigation that will stand up in court.

Speaker Info: James J. McDonald, Jr., Managing Partner at Fisher & Phillip’s Irvine, California office. Jim has more than 26 years of experience advising and defending California employers, and he is author of the book, California Employment Law: An Employer’s Guide, published by the Society for Human Resource Management.  He also holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
