Felted Animals

In this class artist fiber Ginger Summit introduces the technique known as 'dry felting', in which fleece fibers are turned into objects using a barbed needle. In this workshop, we will focus on creating all kinds of animals and insects, first by making a basic oval shape using white fleece and felting needles. The shapes will be embellished with colored fleece in a design of your choice! No previous experience required. This workshop is appropriate for ages 11+.
