In the fourth installment of Kitchen Collab’s breakthrough pop-up series, Kitchen Collab Presents, we’ve partnered with Old Trestle Distillery and Chef Alex Tolger of MOGROG Rotisserie and Founder/Director of Kitchen Collab to provide guests with a unique dining experience. The evening will revolve around five courses, each designed with the unique botanical, citrus and spicy notes of Old Trestle’s Gin. Jake Holshue, Master Distiller at Old Trestle Distillery and Gin Guru will walk us through his three theories of Gin, with a special debute of Gin Theory #003.
Guests will be greeted with a bespoke welcome cocktail created by Michelle Stohlgren, Old Trestle’s very own Forager and Alchemist and Owner of Garden to Glass who creates one of a kind cocktails based on hyper-local ingredients.
A wine pairing will bring out the best in both gin and food.
