Hand Mending: Heavy and Lightweight Fabric

Bring in your much-loved and much-worn garments for an afternoon of hand mending. Focusing on patching and sashiko techniques, this class will teach you how to extend the life of your favorite jeans, canvas bags, socks, t-shirts, jackets or any other heavy and light-weight garments. Patch material, thread, and needles will be provided. Please come with items you’d like to mend. Ages 16+.
