YOGA • LIVE DRUMMING • DRUM CIRCLE

Find your rhythm and fuel your fun with an uplifting afternoon of yoga, live acoustic performance and drum circle for all to join, led by Manas Itene, longtime drummer for Michael Franti & Spearhead, and Nikki Dean.

Some drums/percussion instruments will be available or please bring your own.
All levels of yoga and music welcome.
