Chaun Owens-Mortier, Truckee-Donner Historical Society Chaun has been a member of the TDHS since 2008, currently its Secretary-Treasurer and Archivist/Recorded for the Truckee Cemetery District. Her presentation is an overall history of Truckee's Red Light District, the women who lived and worked there and is meant to educate based on a non-judgmental story of the lifestyle and the role the ladies played in the building of the West.
