Karate Kids was designed by Sensei Jonathan Van Roo. Using the fundamentals of Self Defense, the emphasis is placed on the the elements of form and structure, stance and alignment which create the building blocks crucial to the development of a successful and disciplined martial arts practice. Karate Kids is ever evolving, as Sensei brings a holistic approach to his teachings, giving each student the direction and support they need.
