Finding, Connecting and Marketing your Business to Elusive Second Homeowners
Small local businesses face a unique marketing challenge being in a tourism-driven mountain town. The majority of their best customers do not live here. There are 36,361 home and condo owners in the California side of Truckee and North Tahoe. Only 7,663 (21%) live here.
The challenge? Finding and connecting with the 28,698 (79%) owners and their families who do not live here and yet drive the revenue and bottom line for many local businesses: real estate and home services professionals to retail, financial, dining, medical, nonprofits, and everything in between.
Join David LaPlante, Chief Marketing Officer at
PropertyRadar, a Truckee-based marketing technology company, for a presentation on how many small local businesses have solved this challenge with targeted local marketing and Mountain Town Marketing Strategies.
