Join Chef David Smith and the local community on Thursday, November 5 for the last Edi-Bol dinner night of the fall. Edi-Bol is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bol series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.” Beer and wine will be available for purchase at Trailside Bar.
