GRIT ATHLETIC: Sports inspired High Intensity Interval Training to challenge and improve overall athletic performance. The focus of this workout is around reactive training, a concept inspired by NFL training. We will train the muscles and nervous system to generate force and recruit muscle fibre quickly and efficiently to challenge and improve strength, speed, agility and power.
