At eighteen, fate brought him to his first yoga class. After discovering yoga, MC YOGI devoted himself to the practice. You will be encouraged to move mindfully, in a way that brings a feeling of ease, grace, connection and concentration. The class will culminate with a seated meditation, followed by a deeply restful and blissful guided relaxation. All levels.
