This release starts with a simple Tai Chi Warm- Up, with the most soothing sound of Cheer Up My Brother, where we have an opportunity to explore the moves through range and breath. We have 2 Sun Salutation tracks, Come Home and Go With The Flow, bringing us into dynamic Vinyasa flow. The first Sun Salutation is focusing on getting the whole body warm and open, while the second one is about bringing more heat into the body through a series of upper body strength sequences. The Standing Strength track is a class favorite with the most exquisite feeling from Half- Moon Pose transitioning to Aeroplane – divine!
We have two short Track 5's with different variations to explore hips/adductor stretches with side bends to get the body ready for the Core tracks... plus we have a Bonus Track 5 so you can change up the musical feel of the class, just with 1 song. The choice is yours.
The Abdominals track, Don’t Leave, is upbeat and challenging, as we work the core in different positions that are not only good for strengthening the core but also the whole body. The Core Back track involves a series of moves that work on spinal and hips stability that will contribute to building strength around our postural muscles. Jackie’s fave is Twists and you can certainly linger in the sounds of Better – quite simply what feels better than this?
