Painting Fall Foliage in Watercolor

In this workshop with local artist Eva Nichols we will go over the basics of watercolor painting, including color theory, traditional as well as unconventional methods of applying paint on paper.  Negative painting, glazing, wet-into-wet, dry into wet, and dry brushing techniques.  Use of resist, splattering and other experimental effects to create a beautiful Fall-inspired painting. No previous painting experience or drawing skills are necessary, just an open mind and a playful spirit!
