Spartan Race World Championship

For the fifth year in a row, the Spartan Race World Championship will take place right here in Squaw Valley. The world's best athletes will collide on the course with a shared goal: to be the Spartan Race World Champion. The most anticipated obstacle racing weekend of the year will feature four Spartan Race distances to choose from over two days of racing. Come cheer on your friends and family or just watch as these incredible athletes compete for the title of "Spartan Race World Champion." A special Funitel Access Ticket will be available Saturday and Sunday for access to the upper mountain course, see details below.

SPARTAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP DISTANCES

• Spartan Ultra Race (Saturday): 30mi/50km - 60 obstacles - 7 hours fastest time
• Spartan Beast (Saturday & Sunday): 13 miles/21km - 30 obstacles - 3 hours fastest time
• Spartan Kids (Saturday & Sunday): 2 mi, 1mi, and .5mi races available
• Spartan Tahoe Trail (Saturday): 10km

Spectator Traim tickets are available for Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29. Tickets can be purchased on-site at the Main Ticket Office or online.
