SFLT is working directly with Pride of Bristol Bay out of Alaska to bring the community this exciting opportunity to access sockeye salmon with unsurpassed quality and flavor.  20lb. cases of Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon filets or portions, sustainably caught straight from the salty seas of Bristol Bay by POBB's small fleet of devoted fisherman.  Naturally red in color from its diet of wild ocean shrimp and krill, POBB salmon is free from any additives or chemicals and is processed within hours of each catch to maintain premium quality and delicious flavor "from our nets, to your table"!  The Alaska Department of Fish and Game’s Bristol Bay Salmon Management Plan is recognized as one of the most effective, comprehensive management regimes in the world. Good, clean, and fair food for all!  Order by August 31st to receive the club discount: www.SlowFoodLakeTahoe.org

Slow Food Lake Tahoe's mission is to connect our community to the enjoyment of good, clean and fair food by inspiring a self-reliant food culture. We educate the community about growing, preparing and accessing local and sustainable food. Good, clean and fair food for all. Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support the Food Bank Garden, compost collection, Grow-Your-Own Classes and the return of the Truckee Saturday Farmers’ Market.
