Event Description:
Stargazers unite! Join us for a guided Sunset Snowshoe tour followed by a telescopic tour of the night sky with award winning astronomer, Tony Berendsen. This fusion brings you the most dynamic tour of the winter.  Our knowledgeable guides will teach you about the natural and human history of the area while you watch the sun cast a purple alpenglow onto the Sierras.  You will be guided to a viewing point, where Tony will open your mind to the unknown world above you.  Hot drinks and snacks will be served as our Star Tour begins. Cost: $95 per person.  Location is weather and snow dependent.  Trip Includes: Snowshoes, poles, knowledgeable guides, permit fees, Sunset Snowshoe Adventure followed by Star Tour with Tony Berendsen, hot drinks and snacks. Reservations required.
