David is an expert and has been in the mortgage business since 1986; his longest tenure as the Director, Single Family Business at Fannie Mae for 21 years. He has worked for various other entities including Penny Mac and First Interstate Bank. Currently, David is responsible for all secondary marketing functions, including pricing, trading, hedging, GSE and agency relationships, mortgage insurance company relationships, investor relationship management, product development, post-closing, shipping and credit policy.
