Event Description:

Join the local community for a unique and flavorful dinner series at Alder Creek Cafe every Thursday starting July 2. Each week, Chef David Smith will prepare a different bowl of mixed seasonal ingredients. Edi-Bol is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bol series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.” Beer and wine will be available for purchase at Trailside Bar.


July 2 | Ahi Poke Bowl
Grilled Pineapple, Cucumber Sunomono, Seaweed Salad, Sticky Rice, Avocado Coulis, Sriracha Aioli, Sesame Seeds, Cilantro

July 9 | Bahn Mi Bowl
Hoisin Pork Meatballs, Pickled Carrots, Jalapeno, Red Onion, Chopped Iceberg Lettuce, Cilantro Aioli, Coconut Rice

July 16 | Shrimp Taco Bowl
Black Beans, Spanish Rice, Avocado Coulis, Cilantro, Tortilla Strips, Tomatillo Salsa, Sour Cream

July 23 | Crispy Buffalo Chicken

July 30 | Fried Chicken and Waffles
Southern-Braised Greens, Apple Butter, Maple Syrup

Additional limited menu items include A.C.C. Burger, Veggie Burger, Roasted Beet Salad, Super Food Salad, Grilled Cheese and Chicken Tenders.
