New York City's Taikun Sushi has arrived at The Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe, for an exclusive one-month omakase pop-up! This offering is open to the public, and bookings can be made on Seven Rooms. The event will run from October 13th to November 17th, Wednesdays through Sundays, with Mondays and Tuesdays closed. There will be two seatings, one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 8:00 p.m., with a maximum of 12 guests per seating. Born from a passion for travel and adventure, Taikun Sushi offers a premium, immersive omakase experience. With a flagship location in New York City and previous pop-ups in Aspen, Laguna Niguel, Miami, and Jackson Hole,

Taikun brings its culinary experience to Lake Tahoe for a limited time. Sourcing the majority of the fish from Tokyo?s Toyosu Fish Market, the 14-course journey features a selection of appetizers, leading into several nigiri courses and a dessert course to finish. Some highlight courses include Hokkaido Uni Toast, Botan Ebi Tart, Shima-Aji with Ginger Chive and a trio of Tuna Nigiri. To elevate the omakase experience, Taikun offers an optional sommelier-curated premium sake pairing for an additional $125 per person. Parking & Transportation: Guests are NOT to park at The Lake Club. Transportation is ONLY provided by the hotel. The bus leaves 30 minutes prior to seatings. 5:30 p.m. - car leaves at 5 p.m. (suggest arriving at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe by 4:45 p.m.) 8 p.m. - car leaves at 7:30 p.m. (suggest arriving at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe by 7:15 p.m.
