Michelle Shea, founder of Adventure Dining Guide, teaches backcountry cooking and shares recipes that are easy to make and use real food. Her mission is to encourage others to “eat civilized, miles from civilization."There will also be an opportunity to sample some tasty dehydrated backpacking meals from AlpineAire.
