The Truckee Donner Railroad Society will exhibit its new “popup” model railroad showing what the town and the railroad looked like 100 years ago. We’ll be running model steam trains from the 1920s, and showing models of iconic buildings from that era including the huge granite roundhouse in the “Railyard”. The model is still under construction, so you’ll also see how a model railroad is built.
