This session cuts through the hype with plain-English explanations of what AI can—and can’t—do, while highlighting how familiar tools within Google Workspace, such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, can be used more efficiently with AI. Attendees will learn simple, real-world ways to automate everyday tasks, streamline operations, and improve productivity and profitability. The program includes an interactive workshop using live tools, and participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or smartphone so they can follow along and leave confident and ready to put what they’ve learned into action right away.
