A Dinner to Celebrate this Special Time of Year

Join us for a five-course meal prepared with ingredients hand picked from Tahoe Food Hub. The mission of the Tahoe Food Hub is to galvanize our community to build a regional, sustainable and equitable food system.

Dinner Menu


savory smoked ham consomme, apple brunoise, prosciutto san danielle, dried fig, walnut oil

broccoli pesto vol au vent, parmesan-cauliflower breadcrumb, 30yr balsamic, lemon EVOO

turkey pate on european brown bread, pickled butternut squash, brown sugar, pecan

german red potato salad cabbage roll, braised in riesling, whole grain pear mostarda

First Course

poached tahoe trout, confit leek, roasted baby carrot, grilled mixed citrus with frisee, lemon-fennel jam, micro-herb salad   

Second Course

wild mushroom gratin, bruleed cauliflower-white cheddar mousse, braised endive, crispy leeks, sassafras apple-cranberry compote


cinnamon smoked braised lamb osso bucco, sunchoke puree, woodfire roasted rainbow chard, pickled brussels sprout, mint-red currant relish 


chocolate fudge cake, port-blueberry compote, buttermilk creme fraiche, honeycomb candy, toasted pistachio
