Life feeling out of balance? Taking care of everyone but yourself? Ready for change, but don’t know where to start? 2019 is the year to explore the power of you! 

Learn a variety of topics from experts in their fields. Whether its stress, insomnia, nutrition, lack of energy,
feeling overwhelmed, or general habit change, we have you covered!

Each session consists of education, discussion, and goal setting to help you apply what you have learned to your daily life. New topics each month - attend any or all!
