DESCRIPTION:Bring your child(ren) of any age by the Town Corporation Yard (beside the new Forest Service building on Stockrest Springs Rd.) for a hands-on\, up close day with heavy equipment. \n\nExplore the Town's Corp Yard\n\nBig Trucks on display courtesy of local contractors & agencies\n\nCHP helicopter landing and take off\n\nMeet Smokey Bear\n\nTDPUD will have a photo "booth" set up with a fun themed backdrop and costumes. \n\nHumane Society/Town of Truckee Animal Shelter\n\n***Pet Food Drive ***\n\n     To FILL THE BUCKET   we will need 10\,000lbs of physical pet food donations or monetary donations at the event to purchase food at a later date. We will have the tractor parked next to the HSTT booth \n\n     We are requesting: \n\n\n	Dry unopened\, unexpired\, non-prescription dog/puppy and cat/kitten food in and brands and sizes from 5lb-45lb bags.\n	Dry unopened\, unexpired\, non-prescription dog/puppy and cat/kitten food in and brands and sizes.\n\n\n     Each donation will receive a raffle ticket toward fun prizes!!!
