He will delve into where animals go and what they do to survive the cold and the snow to be able to emerge again in the spring.\n\n\n\nRichardson is the Co-founder and Executive Director for the Tahoe Institute for Natural Science and received his Ph.D. in Ecology\, Evolution\, and Conservation Biology from the University of Nevada\, Reno\, studying bird communities in Sierra Nevada aspen habitats.\n\n\nWe meet at Pizza on the Hill\, in Tahoe Donner located at 11509 Northwoods Blvd.\, Truckee. \n\n\n\nTahoe Silicon Mountain is a monthly networking group for people that live\, work or vacation in the Truckee/Tahoe/Reno area. Most of our members are involved in the tech industry or are small business owners. Our typical topics of discussion are technology\, startups\, local businesses\, our communities and the environment. All presentations are educational in nature.
