Sketching outdoors is a wonderful way to slow down from the hectic pace of daily life and study the world around us. Learn techniques of using pen and watercolor to create quick, loose interpretations of the mountain landscapes observed in the field. Local artist, Claire Lawrenson will teach her methods of field sketching, as well as tips & tricks to help participants feel comfortable leaving the convenience of home to sketch out in the world.
