Very nice, quiet, furnished private office in larger professional suite of offices located on ground floor in the Center for Health and Sports Performance building (not connected). Fantastic parking. Private (lockable) door office is 300 sq feet plus you have use of the larger common areas: conference room, kitchenette, storage, ADA bathroom. There are 3 private offices plus conference and reception. Walk downtown in 10 minutes. Fun and friendly environment. Not good for massage therapists as the office comes furnished with large heavy desk and its an "officey" environment.
We are lucky to have the town's fastest WIFI. Office gets bi-monthly janitorial, has huge storage, large desk with drawers, chairs, locking door, curtains, and CAM. Positive, quiet, fun atmosphere.
