Alison Elder named as Top Agent by WSJ

Each year, The Wall Street Journal names REAL Trends’ “The Thousand” list of top real estate professionals across the country. Experts at REAL Trends have analyzed and reported real estate industry news since 1987 and compile a list of 1,000 individuals and teams who are the country’s cream of the crop.

For the sixth consecutive year, Alison Elder of Truckee’s Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate was included in the ranking for two separate awards. Alison ranked 194 for 139.50 transaction sides and she ranked 169 for $93,768,448 in sales volume.

The real estate agents who’ve received awards during the 2019 14^th annual ranking have closed sales volumes ranking in the top .5% against more than one-million agents nationwide.

REAL Trends begins the award process in January, reaching out to networks of real estate professionals and encouraging as many associates to apply as possible. The REAL Trends team follows-up with each nominee individually, reviews the prior calendar year’s closed residential sales and compiles a comprehensive list of agents and their earnings.
