Congratulations to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nevada County and North Tahoe who earned the Quality Automotive & Smog Season of Giving donation. They received the most on-line and in-store votes from the community and have won $1000 from the folks at Your Trusted Local Auto Care in Truckee.
“What a thrill that we won this amazing gift,” says Lindy Schasiepen, who handles fund development for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Peggy Martin, Executive Director of BBBS in North Tahoe accepted the check, with Quality Automotive and Smog Service Advisors Gary Gunter and Maggie Lusser presenting. This is the sixth year that Your Trusted Local Auto Care in Truckee has asked the community to participate in making this donation. Thank you to all who voted on-line and in the shop.
