Truckee, Calif. – May 8, 2018 – Off Road Tahoe, LLC is the newest adventure company to hit North Lake Tahoe, specializing in guided backcountry tours in top-of-the-line Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs). The two and four-seat Can-Am Commander 1000 cc side-by-side vehicles are the ultimate fun machines.

Off Road Tahoe is the only full-service guided off road tour company in the Tahoe-Truckee area and the first to be permitted by the US Forest Service to operate in the Tahoe National Forest. All guides are Wilderness First Responder certified and environmental stewards of the land.

The customizable adventure serves guests a healthy dose of throttle therapy with a side of breathtaking scenic views as they drive along ridgelines and through Tahoe’s rugged mountain terrain, reaching scenic vistas overlooking pristine Sierra mountain ranges and meadows.

“This was born from my own love for our backcountry. I believe everyone should be able to get way out and experience these vistas that may be too far for a day hike,” said owner, Sean Field. “We offer the nicest, safest and most fun option for our guests; and the best part is they don’t have to worry about anything but showing up to join us for a tour.”

A standard three-hour tour offers varied terrain and an unforgettable day on the backroads. From letting loose on wide-open trails to getting more technical meandering through loose rocks, creek crossings and small hills, guests will feel the power and ease that comes with driving the side-by-sides. Each Wilderness First Responder guide is well-versed in regional trails and passionate about sharing their love for Lake Tahoe.

Guests can book tours for groups of up to seven people online or by phone and can customize their experience to include lunch and snacks, special touches for parties and team building events, and any other group requests. For more information, visit offroadtahoe.com.
