Join us Thursday, January 9th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm @ The Farm Shop for a Workshop on Understanding Grains and Fibers for Better Health with Rob Ferguson of Sourdough Solutions.

 Rob will discuss how he used the Mediterranean Diet to maintain a 125-pound weight loss. After changing his lifestyle at age 55 to a healthy one, he gained a tremendous understanding of diet, exercise and rest. Through this drastic change in diet and exercise he was able to eliminate his type-2 diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other health issues resulting from a lifetime of obesity.
 
Rob now has written a book on adopting a healthy lifestyle,  and started a health training company called Second Nature Health Training. He also opened a whole-grain, sourdough bakery in Colfax, CA called Sourdough Solutions- where he puts his knowledge of healthy grains and fibers into his products.
 
Come enjoy and learn about Rob’s journey and insight into the benefits of high quality carbohydrates.
